Система государственных закупок Южной Кореи: взгляд из Китая

Аннотация

Республика Корея внедряет централизованную систему закупок и исследует множество уникальных и передовых мер в системе государственных закупок. В статье представлены соответствующие законодательные и системные положения в области государственных закупок в Южной Корее, обобщены характеристики действующей системы закупок в Корее, а также проанализированы текущие проблемы закупочной системы Южной Кореи, обсуждаемые в китайских академических кругах.
