Публичные закупки с участием субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства с инновационными технологиями: опыт Южной Кореи

Аннотация

В статье анализируются положения законодательства Южной Кореи, касающиеся участия субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства в публичных закупках. Особый акцент автор делает на вопросе поддержки субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства, предлагающих инновационные технологии. Система закупок Кореи рассматривается автором как важнейший инструмент развития малого и среднего предпринимательства.
